Here's what you need to have:
Internet access (to download Office Professional Plus 2010 and get updates)

Since some of you are having trouble with activation, here is how to properly install and ACTIVATE Office 2010 Professional Plus VL Edition:
1. Install Office 2010 Professional Plus
2. After installation, do not open Office but reboot the computer.
3. After rebooting the computer, open an Office Application like Word 2010.
4. After opening an Office application, Accept Recommended Settings.
5. Once the application is open, go to FILE > HELP and click it.
6. Check for activation on the Right hand side of HELP.
7. Close out program.
8. Next install Proofing Tools and Outlook Connector and then reboot the computer for the second time.
9. Now install Office Project Professional 2010 and DO NOT OPEN but reboot the computer.
10. Once the computer has rebooted back to the desktop, open Office Project Professional 2010 and check for activation as you did in step 5 and 6 above.
11. Next install Visio Premium 2010 and DO NOT OPEN the program but reboot the computer.
12. Once the computer has rebooted back to the desktop, open Office Visio Premium 2010 and check for activation as you did in step 5 and 6 above.
13. Next configure Outlook 2010 by opening it and following the wizard.
14. After Outlook 2010 is configured, close the application and install Outlook Business Connector Manager.
15. After installation of Business Connector Manager, open Outlook and configure Business Connector Manager - then close out Outlook and reboot the computer.
16. Enjoy!
