This version is slightly improved over first 32-bit version. Now, there are less tweaks implemented which is more acceptable for wider range of users. Also there are only runtimes and necessary hotfixes and no Applications installed before first logon. Be aware that installation of Net Framework 4 is taking the largest part of the overall Setup time.
Fully updated Windows with integrated all post-SP1 hotfixes including December 2011 ones/ Not integrated: Microsoft Malicious Removal Tool and KB971033-update that detects exploits in the mechanism of activation.
