Game Notes: Set in the shattered subway of a post apocalyptic Moscow, Metro 2033 is a
story of intensive underground survival where the fate of mankind rests in
your hands. In 2013 the world was devastated by an apocalyptic event
annihilating almost all mankind and turning the earth's surface into a
poisonous wasteland. A handful of survivors took refuge in the depths of the
Moscow underground, and human civilization entered a new Dark Age. The year
is 2033. An entire generation has been born and raised underground, and their
besieged Metro Station-Cities struggle for survival, with each other, and the
mutant horrors that await outside. You are Artyom, born in the last days
before the fire, but raised Underground. Having never ventured beyond your
Metro Station-City limits, one fateful event sparks a desperate mission to
the heart of the Metro system, to warn the remnants of mankind of a terrible
impending threat. Your journey takes you from the forgotten catacombs beneath
the subway to the desolate wastelands above, where your actions will determine
the fate of mankind
Povestea: METRO 2033 este dezvoltat de 4A Games si va fi gata de lansare in martie anul acesta
Jocul se bazeaza pe o carte foarte bine vanduta a autorului rus Dmitry Glukhovsky si prefigureaza o lume distrusa de un cataclism nuclear
Artyom este numele personajului nostru care traieste impreuna cu mii de alti cetateni rusi in tunelele metroului din Moscova
In acest decor postapocaliptic va trebui sa exploram, dar mai ales sa impuscam tot felul de creaturi mutante si banditi care populeaza zona
Grafica jocului va fi de exceptie (screenshot-urile vorbesc de la sine) dar sa speram ca nici realizarea tehnica de ansamblu nu va dezamagi
Desi va exista multa actiune (vorbim totusi de un FPS), inima gameplay-ului o va reprezenta atmosfera ce se regaseste in paginile cartii. Statiile de metrou vor fi pline de oameni lipsiti de sperante care nici macar nu-si mai amintesc bine cum arata lumea inainte de apocalipsa. Toti incearca sa traiasca cum stiu ei mai bine in contextul respectiv, conflictele ideologice si politice dintre ei fiind totusi de neevitat
Cele mai importante elemente pentru supravietuire vor fi armele folosite si proviziile colectate pe parcursul avansului in singleplayer. Cele mai puternice arme vor fi cele produse in fabrici mecanizate inainte de cataclism, fiind disponibile pe parcurs si diverse improvizatii ale localnicilor
METRO 2033 este un titlu pe care chiar il astept cu nerabdare, deoarece vorbim de unul din jocurile foarte asteptate de presa de specialitate si pentru ca nimeni nu descrie un decor sumbru si amenintator mai bine decat un rusii (a se vedea cazul STALKER)
