Extract to folder with MW3
Run the file and wait until alterMW3.exe pump out all the necessary files.
Starting the game in a window through iw5mp.exe enter your Account. recording alteriw.net
Play
To create a server:

Unpack and move the game folder
Open alterMW3.ini
In place UsernamePassword write your username and password from your account AlterIWnet
Play
Problems!
n1: iw5mp.exe Enter Point Not Found
n2: Steam must be running to Play the game
Solution!
N1: If you have Windows 7, then remove vstdlib_s.dll, tier0_s.dll and steamclient.dll
If you have Wndows XP is not in any way to remove is nothing!
N2: This problem is not because of Steam! The problem with the server and when you see this message, it means that the server is in Offline status
